Detroit Recovery Project (DRP) is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide direct support to participants in prevention and case management services. You will identify needs, develop individualized plans, and connect participants to community resources, supporting progress toward meaningful goals. Under the Prevention Project Coordinator, you will screen for eligibility, recruit participants for prevention education, and maintain accurate documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
