Real-Time Customer Support Specialist — Growth & Benefits

Refloor

Refloor is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Troy, MI to handle real-time text and chat with customers, support Sales and Operations, and ensure customers know what’s next throughout their journey. This role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with hours 11:30am–7:30pm, five days a week including Sundays and Mondays.
