We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who’s responsive, organized, and confident communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll manage real-time customer communication across text and chat, support Sales and Operations, and help ensure every customer knows what’s next throughout their experience with Refloor.
