What You'll Do

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping them maintain the right coverage for their evolving needs.

Responsibilities

Market insurance policies

Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.

Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the appropriate protection.

Educate clients on available coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding while maintaining a service-first approach.

Build strong, long-term relationships that promote customer retention and loyalty.

Process policy updates accurately and maintain organized client records.

Collaborate with agency team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous insurance agency experience required (5+ years)

Experience servicing personal lines insurance policies.

Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing. Ideal Candidate

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proactive problem solver who enjoys helping others.

Comfortable using agency management systems and multiple computer applications.
