Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date July 27, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,591–$1,683 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 12-hour Nights on a 2x3 pattern in a hospital ED setting. Note: No local candidates within 50 miles.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ED patients, including initial triage, rapid assessment, and stabilization.
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and escalating changes to the physician team as needed.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support life-saving interventions per protocols.
- Document assessments, treatments, and care plans accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to prioritize care and maintain patient flow.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate discharge instructions and follow-up planning.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (as applicable to practice in the role).
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and participate in a travel assignment.
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment and travel as required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a high-volume ED environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and ED workflow basics.
