About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Corporate FP&A to join their team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving world-class financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced technologies, including AI, to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into financial targets, leading the enterprise planning process, and ensuring the integration of emerging finance trends into FP&A frameworks. As a key partner to the executive team, the VP will also be involved in capital allocation, investment governance, and leading organizational transformation within FP&A. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a Master’s, MBA, or advanced credential strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in corporate or commercial finance within a large, multi-national company is required, with executive-level leadership experience highly desired. The role demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in financial modeling, and a proven track record in global collaboration. The VP will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team, so a commitment to talent development and a strong leadership background are essential. The ideal candidate will be a decisive, accountable leader with a strong ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
