Architectural Designer - Experienced

Brief Description Benchmark Group is looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Project Team of Choice. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter, creative problem‑solver, detail oriented, and a dependable team player with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities The Experienced Architectural Designer will utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. The position requires collaboration with licensed professionals and involves design and development of construction documents using Revit and other tools. Minimal travel may be required. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years applicable work experience and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of work experience in the architectural design industry; A combination of education and work experience in the architectural field equivalent to 7 years. Preferred 2+ years of experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements; Specialized experience in healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, or retail/commercial design.
