Account Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of managed services customers, the full-time Account Associate will build strong relationships, coordinate customer needs, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer needs are met Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach Prepare and present quotes for managed services, monitor customer health, and identify opportunities for account growth Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or client services Experience with Managed Services Providers is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and/or ConnectWise is a plus Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Virtual Vocations Inc
