Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Supervisor Job Summary: Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term and short-term care facility, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor to join our award-winning ventilator unit and pulmonary rehab program. As a Full or Part-Time Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Therapy department during our 12-hour night shift , from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, for three days. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapists in the ventilation unit and pulmonary rehab program Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards Monitor and maintain patient care records, reports, and statistics Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Requirements: Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy Ability to work independently Current or pending New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License CPR Certification within three (3) months of hire What We Offer: Higher Pay Scale : $45 - $52 HR Daily Pay : Receive your pay on a daily basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing
