Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications Self-driven sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive edge Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions Comfortable and confident in prospecting and generating leads Naturally skilled at handling objections with ease Clear and effective communicator who genuinely cares about helping others Enjoys working as part of a team Holds a valid real estate license Has at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales Strong in both written and spoken communication Open to learning and growing continuously Well-organized and detail-oriented Happy to learn and use scripts and dialogues Manages time efficiently and effectively Compensation $80,000 - $159,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
