If you thrive in a strong in-office culture, move quickly, and want to be part of something bigger than a routine assignment — this is worth a conversation.What you'll be doing:Corporate compliance, entity management (US & global), records, certificates of incorporation, and related corporate work — at the center of the action during a genuinely exciting period of growth and momentum.Position Details of the Corporate Paralegal or Contracts Manager Role:Paralegal or Contracts Manager levelFull-time, in-office (Palo Alto, Washington D.C., or New York City)1–2 months to start, with potential to extendNotary commission a strong plusCompensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
