Preschool Enrichment Instructor

Join our Super Soccer Stars family as a Preschool Enrichment Instructor! Are you passionate about early childhood development and sports? We want you on our team! As a Preschool Enrichment Instructor, you will play a vital role in introducing young children to the fundamentals of soccer through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Our program is designed to support preschool-aged children (ages 2-5) in developing their physical skills, social interactions, and love for being active in a non-competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead enriching soccer lessons that focus on motor skills development, teamwork, and self-confidence. Create a welcoming and safe environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for physical activity. Utilize positive reinforcement to promote self-esteem and enthusiasm among young learners. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and class activities. Maintain all equipment and ensure it is organized and safe for use. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and program knowledge. Previous experience working with young children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both children and parents. Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for teaching and soccer. Availability to work flexible hours, especially during weekday mornings and afternoons. Willingness to complete background checks and maintain CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain it upon hiring).
