Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

RN – Neonatal Intensive Care UnitTitle: RN – Neonatal Intensive Care UnitRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience.Preferred experience in Level III or Level IV NICU care.Must have a valid RN license in hand at the time of submission.Required certifications: BLS, NRP.Experience with patient ratios of 2-3 patients.Clinical competencies in:Dysrhythmia interpretationFeeding tube placement and managementIV and umbilical catheter managementRoles & Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care for neonates, including those less than 24 weeks gestation.Manage ventilator therapy and adjustments.Administer medications including IV vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids.Monitor and manage respiratory distress and glucose instability.Support care for post-operative and transfer patients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.Compliance / Notes:Urgent credentialing and background checks must be completed by the designated deadline.Flu vaccine is required; medical exemptions only.RTO (Request Time Off) is required with submission.Client Details:City: ColumbusState: OH
