Position Title: Vice President of Engineering

Location: 100 Somerset Corporate Blvd., 4th/5th Floor, Bridgewater, NJ 08807

Job description: Lead team of architects and engineers (developers and QA) to develop software solutions for Contact Centers on premise, as well as in the cloud (Contact Center as a service). Work extensively on automation platform for administration and migration of Contact Centers. Develop connectors to integrate with various Contact Center and Contact Center as a Service (CCAAS) platform. Develop integrations between Information Technology infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, and CCAAS platforms. Work on Artificial Intelligence-enabled workflow analysis and integration. Lead system engineering, requirement gathering, and analysis with the customers.

Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: C#; Python; enterprise application architecture & implementation; Azure; GCP; AWS cloud deployment knowhows; automation of administration in Contact Centers; Avaya CC Elite; Cisco Contact Center for Enterprise; Amazon Connect; Genesys Cloud; Five9; Nice CXOne; Zoom CC; migrating contact center call flows from one platform to another; AI Integration for task automation in Contact Center Workflows, and; Avaya Experience Portal w/ Google CCAI. Alternatively, will accept Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) PLUS two (2) years of described experience. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S. Supervise ten (10) subordinate employees.

40 hours / week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary $260,000/year. Standard Benefits Package.
