Senior Medical Science Liaison, Rheumatology - Lake Erie Region

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for rheumatology in the Upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio region. The role involves serving as a scientific expert to healthcare providers and key opinion leaders, developing engagement strategies, and providing evidence-based medical information on immunology products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-wide scientific engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
- Conduct high-quality scientific exchanges with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
- Identify and cultivate relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals
- Collect and analyze market insights to inform medical strategy and organizational priorities
- Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies; respond to clinical inquiries
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field
- Proven experience as Medical Science Liaison or equivalent scientific field role
- Deep knowledge of rheumatology or immunology therapeutic area
- Strong scientific communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders
- Experience with clinical data evaluation and scientific strategy development
