Analytics Consultant - Payment Integrity

Job Summary The Analytics Consultant leverages technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders within Payment Integrity. The role provides analytical support and consultancy to internal/external customers and delivers advisory services to senior leaders. Responsibilities Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders. Provide analytical support and consultancy to internal and external customers. Deliver advisory services to internal and external senior leaders. Create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Apply SQL, R, and Python to query diverse data sources for meaningful insights. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to champion initiatives and bring them to life. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, insurance industry economics, or a related field OR Master’s degree in a related field OR 6 years of experience in the same areas. High proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources. Performance excellence in computer languages such as SQL, R, and Python. Ability to create dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI. Strong business intelligence capabilities and experience taking a business case from inception to execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management methodologies. Experience in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, etc.). Experience with version control and collaborative tools such as GitHub. Knowledge of claims processing. Payment Integrity experience. Work Location Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Compensation Base Pay Range: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
