This senior operating role is pivotal in turning strategy into execution, building and maintaining systems to keep the fast-growing team aligned, and leading company-building projects that are essential for scaling. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the VP of Operations, a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, and will take direct ownership of high-stakes initiatives. Responsibilities include protecting executive focus, owning company planning, running the operating cadence, driving cross-functional initiatives, and being a key point of contact for investors, partners, and vendors. The role demands a hands-on operator with strong business and financial fluency, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 3-7+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-growth company, with a proven track record of operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an AI-native, exceptionally organized, and systems-minded individual with a talent for clear communication and leadership. Experience in integrating acquisitions, standing up SOC 2, or supporting a fundraise is a bonus.
