Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' needs, goals, and functional abilities through detailed evaluations.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Manage an efficient caseload, typically ensuring one-on-one sessions with patients to provide individualized attention and care.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to promote independence and long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide cost-effective interventions while emphasizing pain reduction and improved function without unnecessary reliance on medications.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments thoroughly in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve an orthopedic patient population seeking rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse group ranging from athletes to elderly patients, each requiring unique approaches to treatment. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clear professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Excellent manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a motivating environment for patients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a busy orthopedic outpatient setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Experience in protocol development for conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, or orthopedic disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
