• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule -- closed on federal holidays
• 18 - 22 patients per day
• Family medicine clinic -- community health, rural health, or FQHC experience preferred
• All ages seen -- pediatric through geriatric
• Basic primary care -- follow-ups, wellness, sick visits, chronic health management
• Preferred skills: joint injections, women's health, IUD, Nexplanon
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience required
• Hospital privileges required
