Spa Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage appointments, and process payments in our Jackson, MS spa. You will promote services and retail, answer inquiries, and coordinate with staff to maintain an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you’ll handle daily checklists, ensure proper sign-in, manage wait lists, and support the spa environment including F&B in the relaxation lounge.
