Position Title: Logistics and Inventory Specialist (Part‑Time) Location: Port St Lucie, FL Pay: $20 per hour Summary: The Logistics and Inventory Specialist assists with the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the company’s products and supplies. Essential Job Functions: Coordinate and assist with all incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, packaging, labeling, and dispatching materials. Maintain accurate stockroom and warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation of physical inventory versus system records. Prepare and process materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and carrier requirements. Support the procurement process by assisting with the ordering of supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations. Maintain and update inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, address inventory needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the materials and logistics operations. Ensure warehouse and storage areas are clean and organized. Support the setup, tracking, and inventory of company‑issued IT and field equipment. Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excesses, reporting any discrepancies or potential supply chain issues to management. Assist in building Med Locker, Jump Bag and other company issued kits. Other Duties: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Performs other duties and assists with special projects as requested by management. Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Exceptional organizational skills in order to organize inventory and improve efficiencies. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner Good written and verbal communication skills Problem‑solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems. Physical and General Requirements: Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading. Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery. Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.
