Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Inventory/Data Entry Coordinator with NetSuite ERP experience for a growing food manufacturing client. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate production, inventory, shipping, and receiving data within NetSuite. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable investigating discrepancies rather than simply entering data. This position will support inventory traceability, regulatory compliance, fulfillment operations, and inventory forecasting while partnering closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams. Candidates must be highly organized, possess strong NetSuite expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and operational excellence are essential. Required Skills & Experience NetSuite ERP experience (REQUIRED and non-negotiable) Intermediate Excel skills 2-3+ years of inventory, operations, logistics, supply chain, data entry, or related experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Experience validating and reconciling operational data Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, production, logistics, and inventory teams Strong communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Logistics or warehouse operations experience Accounting or transactional processing experience Inventory analysis and forecasting experience OpenDock experience Food manufacturing background Experience with lot tracking and inventory traceability Inventory audit or cycle count experience Day-to-Day Enter and validate production data within NetSuite ERP Review manufacturing paperwork and production reports Record ingredient consumption and lot traceability information Investigate discrepancies and reconcile inventory variances Process shipping fulfillments and sales order transactions Receive inventory into NetSuite and match against purchase orders Verify pricing, quantities, and shipment documentation Support inventory audits and inventory validation efforts Track waste and inventory movement trends Create and maintain Excel-based operational reports Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams Occasionally enter production and warehouse areas to verify inventory, lot numbers, and operational data Ensure ERP records remain timely, accurate, and complete to support inventory visibility, fulfillment, compliance, and invoicing 65-75K based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
