This position will assist with daily transaction processing and tracking, including reimbursement requests (both travel and non-travel) and purchasing. It will also assist with budget reconciliation as needed. Responsibilities Process and track reimbursements and purchase requests Assist with budget reconciliation Minimum Qualifications Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Time management and prioritization skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb customer service skills Additional Information The University is a participating employer with Utah Retirement Systems (“URS”).
