The Role

As Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team
• Partner closely with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success
• Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance
• Develop and mentor veterinarians throughout their careers
• Assist with hospital growth initiatives
• Serve as a resource for complex medical and surgical cases
• Help drive future initiatives including AAHA accreditation and Fear Free certification

This role provides the ideal balance between leadership responsibilities and clinical practice.

What We're Looking For

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Eligible for California veterinary licensure
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Previous leadership experience as a Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
• Passion for mentorship and team development
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and collaborative practice
