The Role: Call Center Representative / Dispatcher Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately Dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan software Communicate clearly with field technicians throughout the day Resolve customer concerns and provide updates Maintain detailed and accurate customer records Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
