Job Title: Handyman / Home Repair Technician

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $18 - $22/hr base + Performance Bonuses (Earn up to $24 - $30+/hr based on efficiency) Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (No nights, weekends, or on-call!)

What You’ll Do:
Perform "make-ready" repairs for residential homes to get them move-in or market-ready.
Complete various residential repairs: drywall patches, minor flooring, fencing, painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical.
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
Keep your company truck clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years as a professional handyman, home remodeler, or apartment make-ready tech.
Skills: A reliable jack-of-all-trades who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Requirements: Clean driving record (for insurance), basic personal hand tools, and authorization to work in the US.
