You're a clear communicator, a quick learner, and someone who takes pride in your work.Other qualifications include:1+ years' experience as a dental or orthodontics front desk / patient care coordinator preferredStrong multitasking skills, you'll juggle phones, patients, and paperwork with easeComfortable learning new systems and processesIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to pass a pre-employment background and professional references checkWhat You'll Do:As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and families, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and checking patients in and outScheduling appointments and managing the daily calendarVerifying and updating insurance informationReviewing and managing financial agreements and patient accountsPosting charges and payments accuratelyAssisting with treatment planning and recall coordinationReviewing and entering insurance paymentsMaintaining patient insurance benefit profilesManaging accounts receivable and keeping AR under set goalsCommunicating with patients, parents, and insurance providersJoin a team that's passionate about happy kids and healthy smiles.
