Inspired Homecare is looking for a Home Health Clinical Supervisor, to oversee all patient care and clinical personnel, ensuring care is coordinated, compliant, timely, and aligned with individualized plans of care and agency standards.Responsibilities:* Supervise all patient care services and staff (RN, LPN, OT, PT, HHA)* Coordinate patient care and referrals* Ensure ongoing assessment of patient needs* Provide direct patient care when staffing requires* Support clinicians with OASIS, documentation and case management * Review clinical documentation* Lead case conference, clinical meetings, and in-services* Ensure patient charts and records are accurate, and regulatory compliant* Monitor clinical outcomesQualifications:* Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license* 2-3 years of home health experience required* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insuranceWhy Inspired Homecare* On site 24/7 recruitment and HR* Flexibility, work life balanceInspired Homecare is committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion, integrity, and respect.  We value supportive leadership, clear communication, and a collaborative culture where every team member feels empowered to succeed.  The Clinical Manager plays a vital role in upholding these standards and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.
