• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and a positive client experience.

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

• Provide clear, actionable guidance on insurance products and services.
