Front Office Specialist - Float

You'll be the first impression for our patients, assisting them with scheduling and working collaboratively with patients and their caregivers, providers and our top-notch medical team to provide them exceptional care, all while handling front office, clerical, and documentation tasks. All you need is a High School Diploma or equivalent and training/coursework in typing, correspondence, and communication. Customer service experience and/or at least one year of experience working in a medical practice setting is a must, along with demonstrated understanding of medical terminology.
