AlphaGraphics Olathe is a locally owned print, marketing, and signage company helping businesses stand out and grow. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly.

If you like a mix of customer interaction, light admin work, and a fast-paced environment-this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers (you're the first impression!)
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Help customers place orders and understand products/services
• Enter orders, process payments, and manage basic paperwork
• Coordinate with our production team to keep jobs on track
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; quick learner with new systems)
• Positive, team-first attitude

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Print shop, marketing, or signage experience
• Retail or inside sales background

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
