Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming communications, and supporting the RV Sales Team's operations through a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Provide general information and route inquiries to appropriate departments

• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software

• A team player with a positive attitude, personable, and motivated

• Ability to multitask and adapt to various responsibilities

• Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative, or dealership setting is a plus (but not required)
