Medical Receptionist

Insight Global is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator for a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. This position will begin prior to our current employee's maternity leave to allow for training and a smooth transition.
• Answer phones and assist patients
• Schedule appointments
• Greet and check in patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Assist with prior authorizations (training provided)
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR Qualifications:
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• EMR experience preferred

Required Skills & Experience
- Medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Insurance verification and authorization experience is helpful but not required.
