At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: our clinicians have flexibility in  their schedules and compensation models, we work in true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team's growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!  

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

Compensation options

Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($72 to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure 

• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain

• 5+ years of experience
