JOB DESCRIPTION

Highly acclaimed Nobu Miami Beach is expanding its bar team for our Brand New Location. We are looking for dynamic individuals to serve our guests in the Nobu style with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. We are looking for reliable, hardworking and professional Candidates.

COMPENSATION

• Depends upon Skills and Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant features, beverages/cocktails /wines/etc. cuisine, general information
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant standard, policies and procedures
• Cleaning and Maintaining the Dispense Bar area at all time
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area
• Prepare Hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style
• Assisting the bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1+ Year Experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Basic Food and Beverage knowledge, consistent and concise guest relations
• Must have knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne
• Abilities to constantly stand/walk, occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling while occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs
