Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to develop individualized therapy strategies focused on their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track Clinical Progress: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications highly encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
