Seasonal Travel RN - Labor and Delivery

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Seasonal Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor and Delivery department. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for labor and delivery patients, as well as postpartum and high-risk antepartum patients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vaginal and c-section deliveries.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technologies, including fetal heart rate monitors and electronic medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
• AWHONN or EFM certification is preferred.
• Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, and/or NICU experience is a plus.
