Yoh is hiring an Chemist to join our client in  St. Louis, MO This position prioritizes daily sample testing and perform a variety of laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process and finished batches.  Review compounding and laboratory records for accuracy and completeness. Fresh Chemistry graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Perform sample testing on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products per established procedures
• Prepare samples for analysis
• Maintain a clean and orderly working station
• Document findings and share with internal end-users
• Have a full understanding of GMP regulations and ensure that all documentation meets standards
• Understand QC and Manufacturing procedures
• Run routine GC and HPLC analysis
• Assist with OOS/OOT and investigations
• Assist with IQ/OQ/PQ and instrument validation/calibration tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related Scientific field
• Knowledge and understanding of Chemistry
• Experience with the following equipment: glassware, pH meter, viscometer, balance, TOC, Densitometer, HPLC, GC, FT-IR preferred
