Kimley-Horn is seeking an HR Partner to join our growing Regional HR team.This HR Partner opportunity is an office-based role in our new St. Louis Park office at 600 Highway 169 South, St. Louis Park, MN.ResponsibilitiesPropose solutions and engage partners in the areas of retention efforts, general employee relations support, performance management, terminations, teambuilding, complaint/conflict resolution, and career developmentConduct new hire orientations and lead the integration planning for new hires at all levelsServe as a benefits point-of-contact by responding to questions and educating employees on company benefit programsManage leaves of absence, including FMLA and workers' compensationDevelop and facilitate multiple training programsManage special projects that have region-wide and/or company-wide impactQualifications5+ years of related experience including employee relations experienceBachelors (or Masters degree) in Human Resources or related fieldDay travel is required to support the needs of the region, approximately 20%; overnight travel required occasionallyKnowledge of federal and state labor and employment lawProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systemsStrong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, presentation, and relationship buildingExcellent organization and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervisionAbility and desire to work collaboratively with team members within the region, as well as across the firm, to meet goalsAbility to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal and external client servicePHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP strongly preferredSalary Range: $75,000-$90,000 depending on applicable experience.Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
