Customer Operations Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + Full Benefits package Schedule: M - F / 6:00am - 2:30pm BBSI has partnered with a well-established industrial equipment manufacturer based in the Inland Empire. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to manage the full customer order lifecycle while delivering exceptional service and operational support. Job Summary This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, accounting, and operations ensuring orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and customers receive proactive communication every step of the way.
