Corporate Recruiter

Description:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting efforts for all Weigel Stores. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate hiring needs and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.

This position will be located at Weigel's Support Center, this position is not remote work.

Pay: $20.00 to $21.000 an hour

2. Partner with Store Leaders and District Leaders to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
3. Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews
5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
6. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding

Additional Info:
• 2+ years experience in recruitment of industry talent
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
• Experience with HRIS systems, candidate pipeline & workflows, training tools or software
