Description

American Traveler is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with Lymphedema certification for a day-shift assignment with no call or weekend requirements.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift schedule, either 4x10 or 5x8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
• No call or weekend shifts required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current Lymphedema certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minnesota PT license required (pending license accepted)
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract
• Minnesota fingerprinting via Livescan required in person on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date, applicable to all candidates regardless of residency
• Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
• All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved prior to start
