This position is available to start immediately! Kenwood Country Club offers its members not only a rotating seasonal menu, but many different food offerings from Sushi, to Steak, Wood Fried Pizza to Upscale Wine Dinners and everything in between. Work environment: This Club offers a team environment in large professional kitchen. What will be expected of you: This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for our members and guests by preparing ala-carte and banquet menu items in an efficient, professional, and pleasant manner. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the food service industry and are committed to impeccable food preparation and garnishing, which is important for impressing our guests and creating repeat business. Closes the kitchen properly using the closing checklist. The Cook will prepare and cook food in accordance to recipe standards, under the supervision of the Executive Chef, Todd Owen. Qualifications: Flexibility in scheduling is a must. Including weekends and some holidays. Experience 1+ years preferred. Must pass background check. Must have reliable transportation.
