Kitchen and Bath Designer

You will lead projects from initial client consultation through final design execution — managing every detail of the space including layout, selections, and coordination. This role requires both creative vision and technical mastery , with a strong emphasis on space planning and real-world functionality . Key Responsibilities Meet directly with clients to understand lifestyle, needs, and design goals Design highly functional kitchen and bath layouts with expert-level space planning Ensure proper clearances for appliances, cabinetry, and traffic flow Guide clients through all selections, including: Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, wall tile, fixtures & finishes, paint colors, accessories if needed, etc. Create 3D detailed designs using Chief Architect (required) Develop cohesive, elevated design concepts that balance aesthetics and function Manage projects from concept through completion with precision Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members Maintain strong, professional communication with high-end clientele What We’re Looking For 10-15+ years of experience in kitchen & bath or interior design Proven experience working with high-end residential clients Experience managing projects with budgets of $200K+ Mastery of space planning and kitchen functionality Strong understanding of cabinetry systems, materials, and construction Exceptional attention to detail and organization High-level communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage complex projects independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Emily's Interiors Inc.
