If you are analytical, proactive, and passionate about healthcare finance, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting operational decision-making and financial planning across the hospital by:Developing and managing hospital and departmental budgetsCreating hospital and department financial forecasts, variance analyses and operational performance modelsAnalyzing operational, organizational, and staffing trends to support leadership decisionsSupporting departmental leadership with productivity reviews and hours/UOS performance managementBuilding tracking tools and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performancePreparing and presenting tailored financial reports and recommendations to senior leadershipSupporting strategic business planning projects and healthcare initiativesProviding project management oversight for special assignments and system-wide initiativesPartnering across medical, operational, and financial departments to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencyWhat You BringRequired EducationBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or related fieldExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of professional experience in healthcare financial analysis, consulting, or related technical/business environmentSkills & QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including:Knowledge of acute care hospitals and integrated delivery systemsAdvanced skills in financial modeling, spreadsheets, and presentation toolsExceptional analytical, organizational, and project management abilitiesStrong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex financial conceptsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProven ability to build collaborative relationships across departmentsHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive financial informationPersonal accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality workRespectful, service-oriented approach when interacting with patients, staff, and leadershipWhy Join Us?At our organization, your work goes beyond spreadsheets and reports — your insights help shape the future of patient care.
