The successful candidate will have direct client interaction, courtroom experience, and strong mentorship within a collaborative team environment.Responsibilities: Represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, developers, engineers, and other industry participants in complex construction and infrastructure disputes.Handle matters involving:Mechanics' and materialmen's liensPayment disputesDelay and disruption claimsDefective design and construction claimsContract interpretation and enforcementPrepare, file, and enforce mechanics' and materialmen's liens while advising clients regarding lien rights and related remedies.Independently manage core litigation responsibilities, including:Drafting pleadings and dispositive motionsLegal research and analysisWritten discovery and document reviewMotion practiceTaking and defending depositionsPreparing witnessesAssisting with trial strategy and trial preparationWork closely with experienced partners on complex litigation involving major commercial and infrastructure projects nationwide.Build client relationships through regular interaction and active participation in case strategy.
