Director, Product Management - Enterprise Data

About the Team The Enterprise Data product team is focused on driving two primary outcomes: ensuring data is well‑managed, easy to govern, and that data is easy to find, understand, and use. The team aligns product, technology, design, machine learning, risk, and other horizontal partners to create a modern data ecosystem that supports innovation across the company. Our organization comprises four domains Data Management – embedding automated governance throughout the data lifecycle, from creation to publishing, transformation, and deletion. Data Consumption Experiences – making data easy to find via the discovery portal and to use via the warehouse, lake, and data products. Data Privacy & External Data Sharing – providing transparency to consumers and ensuring governance for data sharing with third parties and privacy regulations. Data Strategy, Culture & Operations – delivering and maintaining well‑managed data and technology that leverages a unified cross‑functional approach. Basic Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently possesses or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees, with the expectation that the required degree will be completed on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field). Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location: McLean, VA: $230,400 – $263,000 San Francisco, CA: $251,400 – $286,900 This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
