High School Assistant Varsity Track Coach - 2026/2027 Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Varsity Track Coach for the 26‑27 season starting this winter. Locations Braddock Hills High School, 1500 Yost Blvd. Suite 2, Braddock Hills, PA 15221, USA Andrew Street High School, 605 E. Tenth Ave, Munhall, PA 15120, USA Responsibilities Support the varsity program with the head coach, athletic director, and other coaching staff. Implement off‑season training programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations. Attend all required PIAA preseason coaching meetings and mandatory coaching certification/trainings. Build a successful varsity program starting at the varsity level. Qualifications Prior varsity or junior varsity coaching experience. Student‑athlete experience at high school and/or intercollegiate level. Prior high school coaching experience and USATF certification (preferred). Head coach or assistant coach experience with demonstrated ability to build a successful program (preferred). Effective coaching skills and knowledge of rules, regulations, strategy, and techniques of the sport. High level of personal organization and planning, strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and commit to Propel Habits. Season Information Season begins in March 2026 and concludes in May 2027, with possible postseason adjustments. Seasonal stipend of $2,000, prorated for coaches beginning after the official start. Requirements Up‑to‑date TB Test. Act 34 Criminal Clearance. Act 114 FBI Clearance. Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance. Mandated Reporter Training.
