High School Baseball Assistant Coach

Muhlenberg High School has a vacancy for an Assistant High School Baseball Coach for the Spring 2026 season. The Coach will support the school’s athletic program and contribute to the development of student‑athletes. Location Muhlenberg High School Preferred Qualifications Prior coaching experience in scholastic baseball Bilingual candidates Required Qualifications High School Diploma Knowledge of sport/Experience in the sport Ability to work in a team setting and within the philosophy of the High School Head Coach Ability to give clear direction Ability to supervise and direct others Must be interested in supporting and working with all student‑athletes Knowledge of PIAA rules and policies governing the sport Ability to work within the Blueprint/Action Plan of the Muhlenberg School District Clearly communicate to student athletes, parents, school officials and sport officials Responsibilities Successful candidates will be required to participate in all training as required by PIAA and to meet all clearances and reference requirements.
