Role Overview The Contract Specialist will administer and coordinate Government contracts and serve as the liaison between customers and the Company concerning pricing information, contract deliverables, scheduling, billing, and other requests associated with Government contracts. Responsibilities • Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer/dealer quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts, contract modifications, and specifications in a timely and efficient manner.• Perform administrative functions and prepare/maintain reports as required to ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.• Work as a liaison with internal and external customers to resolve contract or schedule problems.• Prepare DD250 forms for Government approval to ensure invoicing and product shipment.• Assist with preparation of data or correspondence required by management or the provisions of the contract.• Support Government pre‑ and post‑audits and other internal/external audits.• Present a professional image of Oshkosh to our customers.• Manage multiple tasks, projects, deadlines, priorities and workflow. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.One (1) or more years of related experience. Standout Qualifications • Ability to communicate effectively, deal diplomatically with customers & dealers, work independently, and be innovative and creative.• Experience with JDE and WAWF.• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.• Excellent oral and written skills; ability to present at customer meetings. Pay Range $57,600.00 – $90,400.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and pay equity among similar positions.
